3 weeks in a row

Just a quick update I am down 3 weeks in a row! My max has been 4 weeks I want to keep that going! I have been doing 2 hours on the treadmill while watching the Biggest Loser at the gym! I have my 1/2 marathon in a few weeks so is good training! :0) I have had a few candy bars this past 3 weeks but still lost so that tells me moderation is key!

I began a class called De-stressing with Art great great class !!! Like I said months ago my lesson this year is balance so its a great addition!
